FSC: AB2389 is 'Done' in California Assembly as State Pivots to Coronavirus Relief

AB2389, a proposed bill in the California State Assembly would require every adult performer in the state to obtain a business license, undergo a criminal history check and be fingerprinted, among other restrictive measures, will not be moving forward as the state pivots to COVID-19 pandemic relief.
