Ingredients
4.4 lbs White Onions
10 Eggplant
4.4 lbs Red pepper
1 Liter (0.26 Gallon) 100% Tomato Juice
3-4 spoons Salt
2-3 spoons Pepper
15 Bay Leaves

Cook Eggplant on grill for apprx 30 minutes on high - keep rotating the eggplant
Grind everything through meat grinder
Put 1 cup (10 fl. oz) of Olive Oil in three pans, medium heat for 3-4 mins
Pour ground ingredients into each pan separately
Mix so the oil gets inside the ground ingredients
Cook for 30-40 mins separately
Combine ingredients and cook for another 30 minutes
Add 1 liter of 100% tomato juice
Cook for another 10 minutes
Add salt (3-4 spoons), pepper (2-3 spoons), bay leaves (15 leaves) to taste
