It's a sort of a paste kinda like nutella but made of eggplant and bit of onions. This will give you a new taste to what eggplant tastes like unlike any other dish you might've had.
I really enjoy it and finally decided to make it myself this time.

PS: If you cant finish it all in 1 day, you can always refrigerate lots of it, it can last almost upto 1 week but try eat it in 3 days for quality freshness :D
